  6. *Samuel the priest saw 7 of Jesse’s sons. *He asked Jesse: ‘Are all the young men here’? *Jesse replied: ‘There remains yet the youngest, and there he is, keeping the sheep.’

  7. *God wanted the shepherd David to be king so Samuel brought oil and poured it on David. *The spirit of God came upon David.
