(B) Is your goal specific enough to measure your progress?
Why do I want to achieve or accomplish my goal?
How will I benefit from accomplishing my goal?

Come up with at least 3 specific steps that you can take to achieve your goal.
4. MY POSSIBLE SLIP UPS:
Write down 3 things that you know could trip you up, slow you down, or distract you from reaching your goal.
5. MY HELPERS:
Write down the names of at least 3 people who could help you accomplish your goal.
By each name explain how you would like each person to help you specifically.

(C) What are at least 2 benchmark dates – what progress should you have made by what date?
