  3. Next Week • Reading and video assignment (see List of Experiments and class section webpages) • Quiz each week on assignment in Manual, Morig, and video from assignment. Where applicable, the quiz could include questions from a previous week’s assignment. • PrepareNotebook for the assigned experiment before class. It will be checked then as well as after completing the lab.

  4. Due Dates • Today • Turn in Handouts. • Next Week • Prepare notebook pre-lab for melting point experiment • Prepare for quiz on reading/viewing assignments for this week (we didn’t have a quiz) and next week.

  5. Check-in • There will be a list with your name and bench number assignment for the semester. You can go immediately to that position at the beginning of each lab. • Notice the posted pictures of lab equipment at each bench. Each of the assigned drawers will contain this equipment at the beginning of the semester. A drawer is assigned to you and other students and is to be maintained in this condition throughout the semester. More information is in the section information page.
