  2. What is CBT? CBT therapy focuses on the mental health of the person. CBT is basically a combination of psychotherapy and behavioural therapy where, the strategies developed by the therapist work closely in manipulating your thoughts & decision making capability.

  3. Cognitive problems   Cognitive problems may lead to problem with relationship, anxiety, day-to-day decision making, depression, drug or alcohol addiction and sleeping disorders to name a few. 

  4. goal of the therapy The ultimate goal of the therapy is to teach the person to apply the suggested changes in his day-to-day life.

  5. psychological counselling appointment Generally, a CBT psychological counselling session is scheduled weekly and lasts approximately 50-60 minutes where the therapist monitors and works closely with how the patient responds to the strategy that he has created and the techniques that are to be employed going forward with the therapy.
