TEAM PROJECT CHARTER Mission Statement: Our team will investigate and determine three application development methodologies that will eliminate the limitations of Temple University’s computer services. • Deliverables: • -10 page analysis • -PowerPoint presentation Scope: -Strictly comply with the objectives and mission of the project -Address comments, questions, etc. presented in blog to strengthen overall impact of project Methods: -Critical Thinking -SDLC(System Development Life Cycle) Objectives/Goals: -Research and investigate Temple’s current system requirements and processes -Analyze and identify weaknesses in the system or things that could be made more efficient -Address issues and present application development methodologies that will aid in the solution Cost Estimation: 8 weeks * 5 hours per week * $200/hr (100/hr each team member) = $8000 Team Members: Collin Mitchell & Claude Saint-Cyr Project Span: February 2011- May 2011 Techniques: -Critical Thinking -SDLC(System Development Life Cycle) Mentor/Facilitator: -Prof. Than Lam -Temple University
