  1. TPH水泵拆解说明 1 • 使用六角扳手，以逆时针方向松卸六角螺栓。 2 • 取下入口水机盖。

  2. 3 • 使用六角扳手，松卸风扇盖螺丝。 • 取下风扇，使用六角扳手松卸风扇螺丝。 4 5 • 取下风扇。

  3. 6 • 以固定钳夹住心轴，用梅开扳手以逆时针方向松卸防松螺帽。 • 拆出轴套及第一片叶轮。 7 8 • 依顺序拆至最后一片叶轮。

  4. 9 • 拆出轴封转部。 • 以平口起子取出轴封定部。 10 11 • 将轴封定部取出。

  5. TPH水泵组立说明 12 • 在轴封定部橡胶环涂上些许肥皂水做为润滑。 13 • 安装轴封定部。

  6. 14 • 依顺序安装轴封转部。 • 将轴封转部装至定位。 15 16 • 装上垫片、 第一片叶轮及轴套。

  7. 17 • 依序安装导流板组、叶轮、轴套…等零件，直至防松螺帽。 • 以固定钳夹住心轴，用梅开扳手以顺时针方向旋紧防松螺帽。 18 19 • 装上风扇，以六角扳手旋紧固定螺丝。

  8. 20 • 装上风扇盖，以六角扳手旋紧风扇盖螺丝。 • 装上水机盖，使用六角扳手，以顺时针方向旋紧六角螺栓。 21
