  3. Task P2 • You work for the local councils economic development unit, which is keen to encourage new e-business into the area. You have been asked to do a preliminary investigation and prepare a short presentation about how different businesses can use the internet. • Describe how three contrasting organisations make sure their websites have usability (P2) In order to achieve even a PASS you need to: • Explain what website usability mean • Discuss for each website: • Retaining Customers (See what they want / get what they want) • Trust (Trustworthy and secure) • Navigation (Quick, easy works and is suitable) • Language (Easy to read – legible) • Efficiency (Fast and efficient at doing its main role) • Accuracy (Information on the website is correct) • Speed of Response (Pages respond quickly) • Respect of Privacy (Data Protection Act / How does it keep you safe) Unit 34: Business Studies @ TSS
