Barry Dadon ready for season six of Game of Thrones

From the dragons in the east to the White Walkers in the north and the Martells in the south and the Lannisters in the west, I, Barry Dadon, am curious to see what happens next on the epic show that takes place in Westeros. Unlike most shows, there are scores of brilliant characters, including Tyrion Lannister, Arya Stark, Jon Snow (is he dead?), Davos, Ramsay Bolton, Jamie Lannister and more. And you’re left guessing at every turn how their fate will play out.

  1. Barry Dadon ready for season six of Game of Thrones I may not be counting down the days like some people I know, but I'm really excited for the sixth season of Game of Thrones to start. Game of Thrones returns on April 24. The popular HBO fantasy series is one of my favorite TV shows. I'm not the biggest fan of the show - I don't read the books like my crazy, obsessed brother-in-law - but I do find the show to be extremely intriguing. I have no clue where most of the storylines of the show are going, and apparently nobody other than the great George RR Martin does, either. That's one of the amazing things about Game of Thrones: You never know what's going to happen next. Sometimes they kill off your favorite character, other times a wedding turns into a bloodbath. That’s all part of what makes this dramatic show such a great watch.

  2. I recently blogged that I enjoyed watching March Madness with my son, Hudson. I'm afraid Hudson is a little too young to watch the gore, mayhem and all-our war that is the Game of Thrones. It’s just not the most appropriate show for a 5-month-old child. Perhaps when he gets a little older, I'll introduce him to the show. But I've got a hunch my brother-in-law might beat me to it.
