  3. UK Naval – Base Gibraltar • Port Operations and naval fleet management • Facilities management, waterfront support services and waste handling • Asset Management includes planned preventive maintenance and new construction PMO • 250 shared services staff, cross-trained

  4. UK Ministry of Defense – Public Private Partnership (P3) • P3 – 30 Year Agreement • Two years construction • Plus 28 year FM Services delivery • All O&M including the oversight of all service contractors • 330 shared services staff

  5. Glasgow, Scotland - Municipal Services • Joint Venture with Glasgow City Council and a 40,000 workforce • Provide Property Management, TFM, and IT infrastructure • Glasgow reduced operating expense by 31% with shared services
