After School Procedures Your child’s teacher will let you know in advance when he/she would like your child to stay after. Must have a written note Full student name Teacher/Club How getting home Late Bus/Pick-Up Promptly at 3:10PM
We encourage you to check your child’s assignment pad on a nightly basis. There is a plethora of information that you will find useful in helping your child. • All students have nightly math homework. • All students have nightly independent • reading assignments and weekly journals. • All students have spelling homework. • All students have Friday spelling tests. • Students may have a Science or Social • Studies assignment that needs to be • completed. Snacks and Class Parties • We have snack daily at 10:30 am. Students are to provide their own snacks. • Birthday celebrations are allowed, but must be arranged ahead of time. At this level they are brief and usually occur during snack time.
