  2. Background • DoD mandates that all services go paperless • Senators Inouye (Hawaii) and Stevens (Alaska) Involved • The Intertribal Information Technology Company established • Employ 10 selected Tribal Nations • Utilize Industry partners

  3. Objectives • Provide sustainable Information Technology employment on Native American lands • Provide digitization services to the Joint Services for Tech Manuals • IITC Awarded Data Conversion contract 26 Sep 03 for $34M

  4. Scope • Provide the following which is necessary to perform the Technical Manual conversion functions identified in each Task Order: • Personnel • Labor • Technical Expertise • Tools • Equipment • Materials • Supplies and Services

  5. Requirements • Program Management • Text and Graphics Conversion and Integration per customer sited DTD • Single Point Contact • Training of personnel • Quality Control to ensure text/graphic quality and document integrity • Periodic Reports • Attendance at PM Reviews • Ship completed and Quality Controlled work to responsible Task Manager

  6.
