  3. The Process STEP 1: Complete the License Agreement. Only active Blue Diamonds are eligible to enter into this agreement. STEP 2: Access images, trademarks and other content available for download in My Office (access is only granted upon completion of the License Agreement) and complete a final draft of the proposed material. STEP 3: Submit an Application for Registration via email to materialreview@nuskin.com. STEP 4: Material Review Coordinator (MRC) will facilitate the review with Marketing and Legal and coordinate with you on necessary revisions. STEP 5: Receive a Notice of Registration and Unique Registration Code (URC) from the MRC. Add the URC to the material and submit the final, registered draft. STEP 6: Material is registered and can be distributed. *Nu Skin will not approve materials. Rather, materials will either be registered or denied registration.

  4. Step 1: Complete the License Agreement. • You must be an active Blue Diamond on the date that your License Agreement is submitted. • Two year agreement. • Blue Diamond distributor agrees to produce quality materials that are compliant with local laws and regulations and assumes personal liability. The Material Review Process is in place to protect Blue Diamonds, protect the Company and ensure consistent branding and messaging.

  5. Step 2: Access images, trademarks and other content available for download online (access will be provided upon completion of the License Agreement) and complete a final draft of the proposed material. • BD Material Library will provide quality, approved content that can be quickly downloaded and added to your website or other materials. • Materials may include Corporate produced and Distributor produced (with permission) videos, presentations and images. • You should only submit completed materials and not “works-in-progress” to the company for registration.

  6. Step 3: Submit an Application for Registration via email to materialreview@nuskin.com. • Distributor produced marketing materials will no longer be approved for distribution. Rather, they will be registered with the company as a reviewed, distributor produced material. • Applications should not be submitted until the proposed material is ready for print/distribution, pending legal and marketing review. • You can expect materials to be reviewed and feedback to be provided within 10 business days. Less complex, less problematic content will receive quick feedback. • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, only one proposed material may be submitted through the Application for Registration process at one time per Blue Diamond. • Unless registered on the first or second revision, each Application for Registration will either be registered, or denied registration upon review of its third revision. Materials denied registration must be resubmitted and will be placed at the end of the queue.

  7. Step 4: Material Review Coordinator (MRC) will facilitate the review with Marketing and Legal and coordinate with you on necessary revisions. • Each Application for Registration submitted will be assigned to a Material Review Coordinator (MRC). The MRC will be your main point of contact throughout the review process. • Materials will be reviewed by Product and Business Marketing Managers to ensure that the content meets the company’s branding and messaging standards. • Materials will be reviewed by a Corporate Attorney (Legal) to ensure that the content is in line with the company’s policies and compliance standards.

  8. Step 5: Receive a Notice of Registration and Unique Registration Code (URC) from the MRC. Add the URC to the material and submit the final, registered draft. • The Notice of Registration will include: • Unique Registration Code (URC) and placement instructions • List of markets approved for distribution of registered material • Material expiration date (if necessary – depending on content) • Unique Registration Code is your confirmation of registration and should be added to the material before distribution. The URC is also used for company records and quick reference. • A copy of the final, registered material, including the URC, should then be submitted to the MRC for the company’s records.

  9. Step 6: Material is registered and can be distributed. • Upon receiving a Notice of Registration, you may begin distribution of the material. • Any changes to registered materials should be resubmitted through the Application for Registration process.
