Chapter Twelve Question Explain why the UPGRADE SOFTWARE display screen would display machines rather than have Cher enter the machine IDs Answer • The UPGRADE SOFTWARE display screen will show all the machines that have the software to save the data entry staff from keying in each machine, which is time consuming and has high possibility for mistakes or errors. • Displaying the machines also provide a more accurate method of providing upgrade information, making the system more reliable.
