  1. What Is The Average Bar Exam Score For Legal Professionals?

  2. National Conference of Bar Examiners • According to the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE), the mean score on the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) was 1440 out of a possible 2400 in 2019. • The UBE is a standardized bar exam that is accepted by a number of states, and so this score provides a good indication of the average bar exam score across the country.

  3. NCBE Exams Score • The NCBE also reports that the median score on the UBE was 1390 in 2019. This means that half of all test-takers scored below 1390, and half scored above it. • The median score is often seen as a more accurate measure of the average bar exam score, as it is less affected by outliers (scores that are very high or very low). • Bar exams are notoriously challenging, and the average bar exam score range is often used as a measure of a lawyer’s ability.

  4. Admission into Law School and the Future of the Bar Examinee • Applying to law school can be a long and daunting process. There are many things to consider when applying,  • as where you want to go to school, how much you are willing to spend, and whether you want to take the LSAT.
