A central hub for data and documents Finesti operates a multi-faceted hub model that allows us to seamlessly link and integrate flows between the many types of entities and individuals in the chain. Finesti offers customers specific products and services adapted to each segment of the fund hub: collection, management, dissemination and consultation.   3. Single collection point One of the key objectives of fund promoters is to be able to communicate information related to their investment funds efficiently and rapidly. Finesti enables promoters to reach this goal by acting as an information hub between the producers and consumers of fund information. December 2010 3

This means sending much more than fund prices and may involve sending a large range of data and documents. In addition, market and regulatory requirements mean that the information is often sent to a much wider variety of entities and individuals. The transmission of data and documents is one of the cornerstones of the Finesti mission. On average, Finesti is collecting around 29,000 NAVs per day and around 50 standing data updates per day The actual coverage of the Finesti database : ~ 37,000 Fund shares (and all related information ~ 80,000 specific documents (prospectuses, simplified prospectuses and financial reports) December 2010 6
