  2. What color is conflict? • When I call you up pick up a color that you think represents conflict. • Once you get your color I want you to group up with the others that share the same color. • Next, take the next 4 minutes and let everyone in the group explain why they picked their color.

  4. Continuing. . . • Conflict is a part of life and that we all experience conflicts at home, at work, in school, and on the street. • Our perceptions are influenced by our life experiences, personal character, values, and beliefs. • Conflict is often beneficial. • How, when, why?

  5. Positive side of CONFLICTS • It can be exciting. • It can shape our thinking so that we have new ideas. • Sometimes it can bring us closer to another person once we've worked it out.
