  3. Process Flowchart • Provide instructions • Obtain acknowledgement • Capture basic errors • Acknowledge receipt to customer • Send data to appraisal staff • Capture data in useable format

Provide Instructions &Obtain Acknowledgement • Chose to use a form to provide the instructions and receive acknowledgement that customer had read instructions. • IP address of acknowledging computer could be compared to IP Address on submission. • Data stored on host site and e-mailed to designated address.
