Hello, I’m Melissa and I am so happy that you are here! I started Balloon Theory in 2021. In the midst of the 2020 pandemic, I realized that helping others celebrate special moments is what brings me joy. As a former teacher and volunteer event director, I have always loved trying new ideas and working as a team to make a vision come to life.
