We have the responsibility of ensuring that both Knú and our suppliers take our environmental decisions seriously, for the benefit of future generations. Knú will be synonymous with sustainability, both in our products and our business practices. We will continue to commit resources to comply with environmental laws and to reduce our environmental footprint. Environmental Responsibility

  2. All exposed wood is finished using Valspar GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified finishes. Recliner and sleeper mechanisms are made from 95% recycled steel content. All recliner mechanisms are free of lead-based paint or finishes. Redesigned packaging for recliners to increase shipping density by 55%, thereby reducing annual truckloads required and the associated CO2 emissions. Environmental Responsibility

  3. Recycling efforts reduced landfill disposal by 27% for 2011. All seating offerings have been GREENGUARD and GREENGUARD Children and Schools certified. Corrugated packing is made from 35% recycled material and is 100% recyclable. Standard cover offering includes PVC free materials, GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality certified fabrics, and cradle to cradle certified products. Environmental Responsibility
