City Council will be voting on an all out ban of medical marijuana dispensaries this month • Council members are concerned with an uncontrolled proliferation of dispensaries and perceived externalities such as property crime • As of Summer 2010 only dispensaries registered with the council since 2007 are permitted to operate.
