  6. Welcome to Sweet Dream Gym, a place where you can achieve the body of your dreams. This brochure introduces you to our exclusive personalised programs and powerful fitness classes. After enrolment, a fitness instructor will take you through a thorough health check. You will be given a questionnaire and you should provide us with information on your health history, including illnesses, medications and physical activities. The more information you give us, the more personalised your program will be. We will also check your heart rate and take your body measurements. Based on such information, you will be offered a range of services to suit your individual needs. We offer two types of personalized training programs: resistance empowerment and extreme power-building. If you would like to increase your resistance, your program will include high intensity cardio training and light weights. However, if you aim at enhancing your strength, you will concentrate on lifting heavy weights.

  9. If you are keen on joining a class, you can go to a bodybuilding class. In a single session, you will work out all your muscles. The exercises are combined with powerful music and you should follow your instructor’s guidance while you build up your strength. There are a number of repetitions or reps and your body will be incredibly toned once you do them. It is also important towarm-up before exercising. We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before your class so that you can do some cardio or aerobic exercise, for instance, running on a treadmill. Now, if you need to release your stress, then you are welcome to join combat classes. In this high-energetic class you will learn how to deal with dangerous situations, especially if you have to defend yourself. You will overcome fear, improve your concentration and learn self-defence techniques. Stress will not be part of your life again. Do you want to challenge your limits? Then, you are invited to our cycling and spinning classes. The classes offer a unique 3D experience of road cycling, mountain biking, cycling trails near waterfalls and biking in sandy desert areas. You can choose from different levels of cycling experience so that you can enhance your endurance.
