  1. Go back and review the instructions and hints on the design review presentation template. Title Name(s) Department of Computer Science and Engineering University of South Florida Tampa, FL 33620 email@cse.usf.edu pres_final.ppt

  2. Acknowledgments • Acknowledge anyone that has helped you

  3. Agenda • Background • Problem and requirements • Solution (demonstration) • Design • Implementation • Summary and future work The demo is the most important part of your final presentation. Your demo must show that you have met your requirements. Your demo can be a video.

  4. Title • First level • Second level • Third level

  5. Notes Again… same as the design review. This is an example of a bad slide. It has far too much text on it. • Some rules of thumb • One slide per minute of your talk • Bullet text is one line at most • Slides are not meant to be read • Half of your slides should have a figure or visual • But no gratuitous “art” • Make sure font sizes are large enough for all to see • Neatness counts • Sloppy presentation implies sloppy thinking and sloppy work • You can find example talks here: • http://www.csee.usf.edu/~christen/pubs.html
