  3. Purify the air from oil / dust contaminants Filter body is the same for different filtration grade to reach different air quality Extremely easy to install and can be inserted in an existing network Annual service intervals Pressure drop indicator to advise on the cartridge replacement Cartridge replacement done in no time No electrical supply needed Higher final product quality Why to use a filter ?

  4. Atmospheric air contains in its origin impurities like dust, hydrocarbons and water in form of humidity. After the compressor phase, these impurities are delivered ( with eventual oil particles ) in the distribution line, generating abrasive and corrosiveemulsion which can: Damage the distributor lines increasing the leakage risk Reduce the efficiency and life span of the pneumatic devices Deteriorate the final product quality Limits the reliability of the production process and all its components Why to use a filter ?

  5. Instruments system Pharmaceutical industry Food industry Generic tools Industrial painting Pneumatic transport ….. and in any pplication using compressed air system Where to use a filter ?

  14. Rinsed water which can be discarded easily and safely Easy operation Requires minimal installation and maintenance Meet environmental regulation nd improve company image Excellent performance due to oleophilic and carbon filters Avoid high treatment costs User friendly ( e.g. maintenance indicator ) No electricity required Why to use an Oil Water Separator ?

  15. Harm the environment Breaks ecological legislation Increase the company’s image Why to use an Oil Water Separator ?

  16. ..… any application using compressed air system Where to use an Oil Water Separator ?

  18. Condensate How much condensate does a typical installation produce ? 20 mc/1’; 10 bar; 60% full load; 2 shifts a day; for 220 days/y 25 °C ; UR 70% 39.000 l/y

  19. Condensate Local laws often prohibit draining water with high content of hydrocarbons. • The contaminated condensate represents: • a difficult management • an important cost ( 0.10 €/l. = 3.900,00 €/y ) • local storage • maintenance of appropriate registers, where required

  20. Condensate CONDENSATE = 99,9 % WATER + 0.1% OIL By the previous sample, we have : - 39 litres of oil - 38.691 litres of water At the end of the process, the water can be discharged into the sewage system in compliance with the prevailing local regulations. Remain ONLY 39 litres of oil that they have to discharged in a specialised disposal center.

  21. Oil-Water Condensate Separator Three ranges by the capacity: • From model 21 up to model 87 with two towers. • ( units with two fases ) • From model 213 up to model 720 with three towers. • ( units with three fases ) • Model 1440 with six towers. • It’s formed by two units with three towers.

  27. Oil-Water Condensate Separator Service The indicators signal the status of the filters. Red: Carbon saturated, indicator out ( only FOD 213÷1440 ) Green: Oleophilic saturated, indicator in The cartridges can be changed easily, removing the covers of the towers. • In the maintenance kit we have also: • Recipient for exhausted material • Shirt factory and gloves for a personal safety

  28. Oil-Water Condensate Separator Service : three types of kits Kit A : when the oleophilic filter is saturated less than six months, means a high oil consumption. • Include: • White oleophilic filters, • Silencer, • Recipients for exhausted material, • Shirts factory and gloves for a personal safety

  29. Oil-Water Condensate Separator Kit B : for normal operation a complete maintenance for one year. • Include: • One series of white oleophilic filters, • One series of active carbon filters • Silencers, • Recipients for exhausted material, • Shirts factory and gloves for a personal safety

  30. Oil-Water Condensate Separator Kit C: for a completely maintenance more than 1 year for a complete service. • Include: • Two series of white oleophilic filters, • One series of active carbon filters • Silencers, • Recipient for exhausted material, • Shirt factory and gloves for a personal safety
