  35. Conclusion: We found the effects of Canon on the industrial cluster policy in the case of the electronics industry cluster in northern Vietnam. GDP of TLIP = 23%, 80firms,Labor = 40,000 (2007) 2. We made it clear that ODA played a crucial role in succeeding industrial cluster policy. 41
