WHY IS SLEEP TRAINING BENEFICIAL? most out of their rest.  Sleep training aims to teach your baby "independent sleep" without needing a prop like breastfeeding, rocking them, taking car rides, etc. Now this does not mean you will not be providing comfort for your child, but we will be working to break the association between props and sleep. Just as it happens for adults, babies might wake up at night, but when they know how to go back to sleep on their own there won't be any crying or stress because baby will naturally fall asleep again!
