  2. You have your little one with you and would want to enjoy your life being a mother. It is quite natural that after pregnancy,every mother would want to shed their excess weight. Make sure you do it in the right way.

  3. Small Portions And More Number Of Meals

  4. Keep your portions smaller so that you don’t feel heavy at once. Try to have 5-6 meals per day with small portions.

  5. Foods Containing Low Calories

  6. Since you are a new mom, your body needs high nutrition to produce enough milk for your baby.

  7. Eat foods that are rich in calcium, protein and fiber. These will help you to reduce weight after delivery.

  8. Stay Hydrated

  9. Drinking water helps you to prevent dehydration and improves metabolism, in order to manage weight.

  10. Try to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day in order to remove toxins from your body.

  11. Exercises

  12. Since you are a new mom and look after everything, try to include exercises.

  13. After consulting from your doctor, try out some simple exercises such as walking, jogging, aerobics etc.

  14. Get Your Sleep

  15. Try to sleep for 8 hours, otherwise it will affect your metabolism rate.

  19. Try to avoid alcohol and caffeine after delivery. Give some time for your body in order to get back to the weight as it was before pregnancy.
