Grading Policy • Grading scale is: • 90-100% = A • 80-89% = B • 70-79% = C • 60-69% = D • 59% and below = F • Please be advised that California State Standards do not allow students to receive a grade of C or above on report cards unless they are doing grade level work that meets the standards; I will, therefore, grade assignments accordingly. • Please encourage your child to always try their best and praise your child for completing assignments on time.

  17. Homework Policy • If homework is not complete… • 1st time: Warning • 2nd time: Stay in to complete during recess time; may go out for recess when assignment is completed. • 3 or more times: Complete assignment and stay in for remainder of recess

  18. Absence • Missed work will be available in the Absent Folder when the student comes back • 2 days absent = 2 days to make up the work
