  2. Login Intranet Users • http://ontime.mahindrasatyam.net Internet Users • https://ontime.mahindrasatyam.net

  3. Login – Regular Associates Select Regular Associate option Enter your Network ID and Password

  4. Login – Other Associates (contractors, Sub-contractors and subsidiaries) Select Other Associate option Enter your Ontime Login ID and Password

  5. Multiple Roles Menu list is displayed based on the role selected Associate’s Roles are displayed

  6. Project Mode Entry Please select the “In Time”, “Out Time”, “Shift” and “Location” Please select the “Project”, “Sub Project” and “Phase” Then Click on the “New Task” to get the Tasks and Activities

  7. Project Mode Entry Select “Save” to Update, “Submit” to upload and “Delete” to erase the tasks Fill in the Efforts and % of Completion of the effort Note: You can select MULTIPLE phases and the tasks likewise. For Every Phase you have different tasks, but for every task the activity category remains the same Note: Please ensure your effort does not exceed your “In Time” and “Out Time”

  8. Project Mode Entry Click on “Submit and confirm the tasks. NOTE: Data once submitted cannot be modified. Day Summary lists all the tasks under each phase. If you want to edit the tasks click on “View/Edit” and do the necessary modifications

  9. Activity Mode Entry – My Tasks Save selected Activities and Tasks. Only these saved Activities and Tasks will be displayed for filling timesheet in Activity Mode. Choose Preferred Activities and Tasks from the list of all Activities and Tasks mapped against you.

  10. Activity Mode Entry Please select the “In Time”, “Out Time”, “Shift” and “Location” Click on “Save” to Update, “Submit” to Upload Data once submitted cannot be modified Fill the efforts against the tasks

  11. Excel Template The “Excel Template” is for associates who are not able to access Ontime through internet as well as the intranet. They can fill the timesheet and send it to On_Time

  12. Web Services Note: The “Web Services” is a self explanatory “HELP” site to use Ontime

  13. Pending Timesheets Click on “View/Edit” to fill the pending timesheets. Click on “Show Holidays” to fill the timesheets for holidays

  14. Associate Holiday Request Select “Past Dates” for declaring an actual holiday from the last one month as an “Alternate working day” for the “To be declared Holiday” Select “Future Dates” for declaring an actual holiday from the next one month as an “Alternate working day” for the “To be declared Holiday” Click on “Submit” Button to raise a Holiday Request

  15. Project Rules Click on “Proceed For Rules” to View the Project Rules Select the Project, PO Number, From Month, From Year, To Month and To Year

  16. Project Associate Rules Select the Project, Associate, PO Number, From Month, From Year, To Month and To Year Click on “Proceed For Rules” to View the Associate rules Click on “Create Rule” to create or update the Associate Rules

  17. Effort Confirmation Select the Dates, Project, Role, PO Number, Associate Click on “Go” to View the efforts The efforts can be edited Check to Confirm/ UnConfirm Click on “Submit” to Confirm the efforts

  18. Submit to PBMS Select the Dates and Project and click on “Go” Enter the Reason for Variance, select the Reason and click on “Submit to PBMS” to submit the project to PBMS for Billing

  19. Project Closure Select the Project To be Closed If any of Project Closure validations fails the details are displayed here If all Project Closure validations are successful, Close Project button is enabled

  20. Timesheet Deletion Select the Project, Associate, Dates and click on “Go” Select the timesheets and click on “Delete” to raise deletion request

  21. Effort Transfer Across POs Select the Project, Source PO, Destination PO, Associate, Dates and click on “Go” Select the timesheets and click on “Transfer” to transfer the efforts

  22. Edit Worked As Select the Project, Associate, Dates and click on “Go” Select the Worked As and click on “Edit” to Edit the efforts

  23. Edit Expected Efforts Select the Project, Associate, Dates and click on “Go” Select the timesheet date and click on Edit Edit the efforts

  24. Assign/Modify Customer Role Select the Project and click on “Go” Select the associate ,dates and click on modify to modify the customer role.

  25. Edit Shift Details Select the Project, Associate, Dates and click on “Go” Select the Shift and click on “Edit” to Edit the efforts

  26. Revert Confirmation Select the Project, Associate, PO Number, Dates and click on “Go” Select the timesheets and click on “Confirm” to raise the revert confirmation request

  27. Raise Credit Note Select the Dates, Project, Role, PO Number, Associate and click on “Go” Enter the Hours for Credit Note and click on “Submit” to Raise a credit note

  28. Modify Associate Details Select the Associate and the new Role/ Reporting Manager/ Actual Start Date/ Expected Release Date for modification Select the Project for which Associate details needs to be modified Click on Modify to make the changes effective

  29. Release Associates Select the Project and Reporting RM corresponding to the Associate to be released Click on ‘Release Associate’ to initiate Associate Release Select the Associate and Exception Type to be triggered

Reports • My Reports • Associate Effort Snapshot • Compliance Dashboard • Project/Circle Reports • Effort Reports • Project PO Wise Associate Effort Report • Monthly Effort Consolidation • Compliance Reports • Rules Reports • Entered Vs Predicted • Project Rules Report • Other Reports • Pending Confirmation Report • Submit To PBMS Report • Generic Report

  31. Associate Effort Snapshot Select the Dates, Mode of Effort and click on “Go” to view the efforts of the associates

  32. Pending Confirmation Report Select the Dates, Project and click on “Go” to view the timesheets pending for Confirmation.

  33. Generic Report Select the Dates, Project and click on “Go” to check the status of the project at various levels.
