    2. Introduction I am an electronic technician with a major roadway.During a department meeting I made a statement that did not go well with my colleagues, I defended my statement but this only led to chain of events that made me question my judgment.

    4. background Approximately six months ago, the roadway began a hardware upgrade. All techs were trained for the new equipment.

    5. action Two weeks ago was our section biannual meeting. Our manager questioned the number of new PCB’s down. I mentioned that except for one other tech, only I service the boards.
