  2. JANUARY • Begin planning for summer programs • Crochet Lessons • Ticket sales for Daddy/Daughter Dance • And Special Needs Dance • Science Central Star Lab

  3. Star Lab January 24th in the city gym. Science Central provided the entertainment. 37 attended

  4. FEBRUARY • Toddler Tuesdays & Thursdays began • Stuff & Fluff Workshop • Crochet Lessons • Senior Valentine Luncheon • Special Needs Disco Dance • Daddy/Daughter Disco Dance

  5. Stuff & Fluff February 8 at City Hall 33 attended

  6. Senior Valentine Luncheon February 11th at First United Methodist Church Professor from Anderson University gave presentation on the Life & Law Practices of Abe Lincoln 20 Attended

  7. Special Needs Disco Dance February 21st At the 4-H Community Center BHS Students volunteered 75 attended

  8. Daddy/Daughter Disco Dance

  9. February 21st at the 4-H Community Center 322 attended

  10. MARCH • Spring Coloring Contest • Toddler Tuesdays & Thursdays • Summer baseball, softball, T-ball & Pee Wee Soccer registration • Winter Gymnastics • Gourd Bird House Craft • Senior St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon • Toddler Eggstravaganza • Egg Coloring Event

  11. Winter Gymnastics Held in the city gym 10 sessions – 2 classes 61 participants

  16. MAY *Giggles & Games with Grandma *Cinco de Mayo Senior Luncheon *Swim Lessons & other summer camps registration *Women’s Self-Defense class *Wick’s Pie Factory bus trip *Wells Community Pool & Splash Pad opens

  17. Giggles & Games with Grandma May 2nd in the city gym Games, crafts and ice cream sundaes! 43 participants

  18. Cinco de Mayo Senior Luncheon May 3rd at Methodist Church 30 attended BHS Culinary Arts catered Science Central provided presentation on making ice cream using liquid nitrogen

  19. SUMMER RECREATION We offered 26 camps during the months of June & July 850+ participated in these camps Camps varied in ages and length Also offered a few adult classes such as: Belly Dancing lessons SLR Camera workshop Tennis League

  23. Kids Kamp 2 sessions – June & July 30 children each month Gymnastics, free play, tennis, swim lessons, crafts and snacks

  24. Special Camps Dog Obedience Classes Amanda Clark – Canine Crossroads 44 participants total 2 sessions Paper Mache’ 2 sessions 16 total participants

  33. Movies & Concerts at Kehoe 7 Sunday evening concerts $2,000 in IAC grant funds Made possible with partnerships, donations and grant funds 5 Friday night movies 358 attended Movies made possible by $1,355 grant from Wells County Foundation

  35. Cardboard Boat Race July 24 at WC Pool 10 racers after 2 cancellations Approximately 70 spectators

  47. Oktoberfest Luncheon At Methodist Church October 18th Entertainment was George Berger from Fort Wayne Played German music and shared stories from his life growing up In Germany 35 attendees
