Chocolate cake recipe: Ingredients For the cake: ● 1 ¾ cups all purpose flour ● ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder ● 2 cups granulated sugar ● 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder ● 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda ● 1 teaspoon salt ● 2 large eggs ● 1 cup whole milk ● ½ cup vegetable oil ● 2 teaspoons vanilla extract ● 1 cup boiling water

  4. Instructions ● ● ● Preheat your oven to 350*F (175*C).Grease the ghee into a 9-inch round cake pans. Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a big bowl. Add the milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla.Mix for roughly two minutes on medium speed.Add hot water and stir; the batter will be thin. Evenly fill the prepared pans with the batter.A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean after baking for 30 to 35 minutes.After 10 minutes of cooling, take the pans off and let them cool fully on wire racks. ● ● In a large bowl,beat the softened butter until creamy.Gradually add powdered sugar and cocoa powder,mixing well.Add vanilla and milk, beating until smooth and spreadable. Place one cake layer on a serving plate.Spread frosting on top,then add the second layer.Frost the top and slides of the cake. A simple recipe for making macarons: Ingredients For the macaron shells: ● 1 cup (100g) almond flour ● 1 ¾ cups (200g) powdered sugar

  6. ● ● ● 3 large egg whites (room temperature) ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar Pinch of salt Food coloring ( optional) For the filling: ● ● ● ● ½ cup(115g) unsalted butter (softened) 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar 1-2 tablespoons heavy cream Flavoring (vanilla extract,chocolate,fruit puree etc.,) Instructions ● ● ● Preheat the oven to 300*F (150*C).Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a bowl, sift together almond flour and powdered sugar.Set aside In a clean,dry bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy.Gradually add granulated sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.if using food coloring add it here. Gently fold the dry mixture into the whipped egg whites.Use a spatula to fold until just combined and the mixture flows like lava.Be careful not to overmix. Transfer the batter into a piping bag fitted with a round tip.Pipe small circles onto the prepared baking sheets,leaving space between them. Let the piped shells sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes until a skin forms on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the shells have risen and have a foot at the bottom.Allow to cool completely on the baking sheets. In a bowl,beat softened butter until creamy.Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.Add heavy cream and flavoring,mixing until combined. Pair macaron shells of similar size.Pipe a small amount of filling onto one shell and top with another.
