  3. PHÖÔNG PHAÙP NGHIEÂN CÖÙU 43 beänh nhaân nam coù muïn tröùng caù hoaøn taát 12 tuaàn nghieân cöùu, song song ôû 2 cheá ñoä aên khaùc nhau.

PHÖÔNG PHAÙP NGHIEÂN CÖÙU (tieáp) • Keát quaû ño löôøng ñaàu tieân cho thaáy coù söï thay ñoåi treân: • - Soá löôïng thöông toån muïn tröùng caù • Globulin gaén keát vôùi kích thích toá tình duïc • Chæ soá kích thích toá nam töï do • Yeáu toá taêng tröôûng I gioáng Insulin • - Yeáu toá taêng tröôûng gioáng Insulin gaén keát vôùi protein.

KEÁT QUAÛ • Sau12 tuaàn nghieân cöùu, soá löôïng thöông toån ñaõ giaûm nhieàu trong nhoùm nghieân cöùu (- 21,9 [khoaûng tin caäy 45%, 26,8 ñeán 19,0]) so vôùi nhoùm chöùng(-13,8 [-19,1 ñeán – 8,5], P=0,01. • Cheá ñoä aên cuûa nhoùm nghieân cöùu cuõng laøm: • . Giaûm caân (P = 0,001) • . Giaûm chæ soá kích thích toá nam töï do (P=0,04) • . Taêng yeáu toá taêng tröôûng gioáng Insulin gaén keát vôùi protein – 1(P=0,001) • So vôùi nhoùm coù cheáñoä aên nhieàu đường.

  6. HAÏN CHEÁ Nghieân cöùu naøy khoâng döï ñoaùn ñöôïc vai troø cuûa giaûm caân treân hieäu quaû toaøn boä cuûa ñieàu trò.

  7. KEÁT LUAÄN - Nghieân cöùu naøy gôïi yù caùc yeáu toá lieân quan ñeán dinh döôõng trong loái soáng, ñoùng vai troø quan troïng trong sinh beänh hoïc cuûa muïn tröùng caù. - Tuy nhieân caàn xaùc ñònh theâm nhöõng keát quaû böôùc ñaàu naøy baèng nhöõng nghieân cöùu töông töï.
