He is currently Senior Vice President of the Vitality Group, part of Discovery Ltd., where he leads the Vitality Institute for Health Promotion as Executive Director. He is assembling a team of “ idealistic scientist to find alternatives to Doritos.” With all these reputed physicians and researchers, the problem “how to be an effective team leader “ emerges, and waited to be solved.
