Engage and Perform: Vocab Skit Challenge

In groups of up to four, create an entertaining one-page skit that creatively incorporates at least five new vocabulary words. Your skit should unfold in one of the following scenarios: a busy bank, a crowded school dance, a quiet conversation during a church sermon, at a movie theater during a film, or on a plane preparing to sky dive. Remember, use correct vocabulary in context and don’t skip lines! Perform your skits for the class this Friday. Let your creativity shine!

Skits Instructions • Scenarios on the next page • In groups of no more than four, create a one-page skit (FULL PAGE) • DO NOT SKIP LINES • Give yourself a character name • Somewhere in skit, use at least 5 of the new vocabulary words • Use the words CORRECTLY! • Don’t spend this time doing anything else • We will present these skits THIS FRIDAY.
