  3. Benefits of Prescription Drugs • Petroleum helps make drugs safer • I.E. Labels on bottles are made of petroleum • Pain Killers • Used to help suffering patients after surgeries and serious injuries • Heals common illnesses • For example can cure high fevers, sore throats, and earaches

  4. Risks if its not Manufactured • Wide spread diseases with no way to control them • No control over anxiety attacks and depression • No help for ADD/ADHD • No pain relief for hospital patience • No way to control High blood pressure and high cholesterol levels

  5. Most Common Prescription Drugs • 1. Lipitor- For cholesterol levels • 2. Toprol XL- For high Blood pressure • 3. Norvasc- For high Blood pressure • 4. Synthroid- For the Thyroid hormone • 5. Lexapro- For anti-depression

  6. Transportation • Petroleum is very important in the transportation of drugs from the factory to the store
