  14. Partial Private Circuits • Action Point 03/11 (06/03/08) – Radio Delivery: • BT is not, primarily, a radio provider. We therefore have a limited number of radio riggers, platforms etc available for provisions over radio. Also, there are limited numbers of trained radio engineers, as a result, would have difficulty handling large volumes of orders for radio provision. Radio will, therefore, continue to be offered as a "last resort" medium for PPCs.

  15. Partial Private Circuits • Action Point 03/12 (06/03/08) – Online Pricing Tool: • Industry request BT provide feedback on the Online Pricing Tool deliverables. • Subsequent Circuits - ability for customers to identify whether or not infrastructure exists with spare capacity, at site. • Include PoH SNEiD details - to enable customers to understand the capacity usage at the PoH site. • Include a "finish" button when A end is not SDH enabled and grandfathering radio button is chosen. • PoH Check - automatically check that any PoH postcode is not only a valid postcode using regular expressions but also check the postcode to mdf mapping database to make sure it is a valid PPC postcode. • Details of physical circuit routings was requested by industry but, for security reasons, this development will not take place. • The Pricing Tool is, however, no longer specific to PPCs and these developments have been built into a wider business case which will be put forward for funding approval. If funding is agreed the developments will start in Q3 and will be progressed in the order listed above.
