WHAT ISSUE FOR COUNTRIES AROUND THE TABLE • FIRST CREATE A REGULATION CLOSE TO EDTC STANDARDS, THE FINEST WOULD BE AT A NATIONAL LEVEL. • TO ORGANIZE A CONTROL OF THE SCHOOL BY THE STATE • (STATE VOICE IS STRONGER) • TO FIND OUT HOW A COOPERATION COULD BE ORGANIZE BETWEEN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES HERE PRESENT, TO SETTLE A COMPLETE COURSE THROUGH DIFFERENT MODULES ACHIEVED IN DIFFERENT SCHOOLS (basic scuba course in a country, then an air ss diving course in another one etc …)
