RA 9513: NON- FISCAL INCENTIVES • Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) • Market-based policy that requires electricity suppliers to source an agreed portion of their energy supply from eligible RE resources • Feed-In Tariff (FIT) System • Energy price premium for the wind, solar, ocean, run-of-river hydropower and biomass generated electricity • Green Energy Option • Allows end-users the option to use RE as energy source • Net Metering • Allows end-users generating own power to sell to the grid
