Authenticity in FAoT • Guiding Question: In what ways does Famous All over Town demonstrate a sense of authenticity or trueness? • Pair work: • Find three moments in the novel at you see as authentic. • Note down the page numbers and the beginning of the passage. Use an ellipses to note the end. • Break down what is going on in this passage. Don’t simply summarize. • Break down why this supports authenticity or trueness. • Find 1-3 moments in the novel you do not see as authentic. • Repeat the process.
