  • The family wanted to EDUCATE students having a SPARK coming from poor families.
  • Partnered with UWB to help achieve this objective.

THE MODEL

  • Students completing 12th Standard and scored above 60% are allowed to apply (publicly advertised).
  • The returnable scholarship for selected students covers all cost of college, hostel, traveling,
  • books & stationery expenses.

  • Advertisement in National Papers.
  • Database of all the applicants in a particular format.
  • UWB staff verifying actual status.
  • Pre-Selection based on remarks by UWB staff.
  • Surprise visit by Researcher to see family ground realities.
  • Short listed candidates interviewed by panel.
  • Acceptance notification sent to selected candidates.
