  3. بزل الكأس السفلي للكلية باستخدام الـEcho .

  4. ادخال الدليل المعدني(Guide)

  5. توسيع مسار البزل

  6. ادخال المنظار

  7. تفتيت الحصاة بالأمواج فوق الصوتية (Ultra Sound)

  8. استكمال تفتيت بقايا الحصاة بمرحلة ثانية

  9. ادخال المنظار بمساعدة الـ Nephrostomy

  10. اتمام تفتيت ما تبقى من الحصاة

  11. تمام التفتيت
