GASTROINTESTINAL PATHOLOGY Gastrointestinal pathology is the subspecialty of cautious pathology which deals with the end and depiction of neoplastic and non- neoplastic sicknesses of the stomach related tract and decoration organs, for instance, the pancreas and liver.
