  4. Submission Guidelines Advanced Placement (AP) The course is held in a general education classroom providing general education curriculum - advanced placement. The general education teacher from your district teaches all students general education curriculum in the general education classroom. The general education teacher assigns the grade to all students. The general education teacher from your district reports all students as a student completion record through CWCS as the single teacher. Advanced Standing (AS) The course is held in a general education classroom providing general education curriculum, dual enrollment credit advanced standing. The general education teacher teaches all students general education curriculum in the general education classroom. The general education teacher assigns the grade to all students. The general education teacher from your district reports all students as a student completion record through CWCS as the single teacher. These are high school courses or competencies that result in advanced college standing in a particular college program.

Submission Guidelines Cooperative Academic Partnership Program (CAPP) or College Credit in High School The course is held in a general education classroom providing college level curriculum, dual enrollment credit - Cooperative Academic Partnership Program (CAPP) also referred to as College Credit in High School (CCHS). The general education teacher from your district teaches all students college level curriculum in the general education classroom. The general education teacher assigns the grade to all students. The general education teacher from your district reports all students as a student completion record through CWCS as the single teacher. Project Lead the Way (PLTW) The course is held in a general education classroom providing general education curriculum, Project Lead the Way (PLTW). The general education teacher from your district teaches all students general education curriculum in the general education classroom. The general education teacher assigns the grade to all students. The general education teacher from your district reports all students as a student completion record through CWCS as the single teacher.

Submission Guidelines Transcripted Credit (TC) High school courses taught by a high school teacher through which students can earn technical college credits based on an agreement between the high school and technical college. The course is held within a high school setting providing dual enrollment credit transcripted credit college level curriculum. The general education teacher teaches students curriculum within a high school setting. The general education teacher assigns the grade to all students. The general education teacher reports student completion records through CWCS. The general education teacher is reported as the single teacher role through CWCS. Youth Options – Youth Apprenticeship (YA) The course is held at a youth apprenticeship, Coop, etc., providing dual enrollment credit youth apprenticeship/work skills. The student learns job skills within a work setting. The general education teacher from your district assigns the grade of "not applicable" (NA) to all students. The general education teacher, principal, counselor or administrator from your district reports all students through CWCS. The general education teacher, principal, counselor or administrator reports all students as a student completion record through CWCS as the monitoring educator.

  7. Submission Guidelines Youth Options – Private College (YOPC) The course is held at a UW private college setting providing dual enrollment credit youth options college level curriculum. The college professor teaches students curriculum within a college setting. The college professor assigns the grade to all students. The college professor reports student completion records to the CWCS Submitting School/District. The general education teacher, principal, counselor or administrator from your district reports all students through CWCS. The general education teacher, principal, counselor or administrator reports all students as a section/course assignment through CWCS as the monitoring educator. Youth Options – Technical College (YOTC) The course is held at a technical college setting providing dual enrollment credit youth options college level curriculum. The technical college professor teaches students curriculum within a college setting. The technical college professor assigns the grade to all students. The technical college professor reports student completion records to the CWCS Submitting School/District. The general education teacher, principal, counselor or administrator from your district reports all students through CWCS. The general education teacher, principal, counselor or administrator reports all students as a student completion record through CWCS as the monitoring educator.

  8. Submission Guidelines Youth Options – UW Campus System (YOUW) The course is held at a UW campus system setting providing dual enrollment credit youth options college level curriculum. The college professor teaches students curriculum within a college setting. The college professor assigns the grade to all students. The college professor reports student completion records to the CWCS Submitting School/District. The general education teacher, principal, counselor or administrator from your district reports all students through CWCS. The general education teacher, principal, counselor or administrator reports all students as a student completion record through CWCS as the monitoring educator.
