PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT • Sodexo promotes sustainable purchasing and optimization of natural resources • 28 countries have obtained • ISO 14001 certification • 74.2%of sites • have implemented actions to reduce energy consumption 99.8%of countries have eliminated purchases of endangered fish species • Sodexo works closely with WWF to define clear directives on environmental questions, particularly fish and seafood, agricultural produce, water and energy. page 10

  11. METHODOLOGY • More than 2,000 businesses worldwide were evaluated, in 58 sectors. • 67 received gold medals, including Sodexo. • Evaluation based on up to 120 economic, financial, environmental, social and governmental criteria • Each business sector has its own criteria and weighting
