  2. The MGM Vision • To seek and save the lost • To transform the saved • To restore the “C” Church to our community • To be the place people think of first when they need help • To launch the transformed into ministry, both internal and external

To seek and save the lost • Matthew 28:19 – The Great Commission • Definition of Evangelism – Telling people how cool God is, and the excellent things you’ve seen Jesus do – it really is that simple • You can’t evangelize in heaven • Matthew 5:14 – You are the light of the world • not because you spread conviction, but because you spread hope

To transform the saved • 2 Timothy 4:1-5 • That is the purpose of a Sunday Morning • If Sunday morning is the only time you think about Jesus, you are missing the other 4 reasons we exist • Paul’s life is evidence – Go to Corinth, start a church, go to Lystra, start a church, go to Thessalonica, encourage the church

To restore the “C”hurch to the community • Remember 2 Timothy 4:3 • Matthew 7 and the traditions • Sit, stand, kneel, say this, do that – all traditions of men • Infant baptism, Music must be with organs, everyone should dress up, never mentioned • Keep it real, keep it authentic, people will see • Read the word from Shirley

To be the place people think of when they need help • Matthew 25:31-46 • The government has instituted programs to accommodate the lethargy of the church • That was never God’s plan for His creation • You shall have no other God’s before me • Dependency on anything other than God is sin • Malachi 3:10

  7. To launch the transformed into ministry • Ephesians 4:11-15 • 1 Corinthians 12:27-31 • Some examples of the equipped blasting off • The recovery shop • Worship development for Light of Hope • Reading Chapter of Christian Motorcyclist Assoc

  8. The upcoming year • Missions trips • Maple Grove Ministries (campground, retreat center, refueling zone, etc) • Missionary scheduled for April • Youth discipleship • Adult Leadership Training • A quiet, holy, pleasing place for God’s children

  9. Adult Discipleship • More of them, in more people’s homes • Deeper more focused worship time • The unleashing of the gifts within the body • Anticipation of what God will do next • More community impact • Your neighbors, your friends, their needs, our support
