This summary presents key highlights from the Electroweak (EWK) and Beyond-the-Standard-Model (BSM) sessions at the XVIth Workshop on Deep Inelastic Scattering in London, April 2008. With 42 talks spanning various topics, special focus was placed on trilinear gauge couplings, neutral and charged currents, and Yukawa couplings. Major experimental achievements from CDF, DØ, CMS, and ATLAS were discussed, showcasing new results and phenomenological insights that test the electroweak theory at unprecedented precision, as we edge closer to discovering the elusive Higgs boson.
