TOOLS FOR TRANSPARENCY AND COMPARABILITY • Lisbon Recognition Convention – vast majority of countries have ratified … but procedures still cumbersome in some countries • Diploma supplement for transparent and reliable information and fair academic and professional recognition introduced in most countries … but it is not fully understood… or used yet.
