  2. 設計目的 本系統主要的設計目的在於利用FPGA並搭配視訊輸出/入介面電路板，對NTSC信號作儲存及顯示，並可透過RS232將影像資料傳輸至PC，利用MATLAB做進ㄧ步的影像處理。

  4. 完成設計功能 壹、利用視訊處理晶片SAA7113H及SAA7121H，自行設計NTSC輸出/入介面電路板。 貳、利用VHDL硬體描述語言對內含FPGA的NIOS實驗發展板設計出CCIR656訊號擷取及顯示系統。 参、利用MATLAB撰寫與FPGA連線的RS232通訊程式，將影像傳至PC做進一步的影像處理
