  1. BODY PART Create a sculpture using part of the human anatomy and a found object. This sculpture should create a narrative.

  2. Project requirements • Project must depict a part of the human body with a found object. A found object is a common object incorporated into a work of art. • Sculpture should convey a narrative and depict some type of action. • The medium will consist solely of plaster ( body part ) and found object ( you will provide this ). • You will take a mold of your body, or friends or classmate with plaster gauze. The plaster piece must be completely in the round ( 3-D ). Plaster can be draped over clothes and skin ( including the face ). • Sculpture may be free standing or a relief wall hanging. • Plaster may be left raw and unpainted or contain a monochromatic color. • Before starting you must hand in a list 10 ( ten ) different ideas for this assignment. Include what type of object you will use, body part, use of color?, free standing or relief, at least 3 of these ideas CANNOT be an arm or leg.
