  4. Methods of Practice There are many methods of Practice you can use to improve your weakest skill. SHADOWING PARTNER PRACTICE COMBINATION PRACTICE CONDITIONED GAME

  5. Making Practices more Difficult After 4 weeks you may need to make changes to your programme so that you keep improving and stay motivated. - SHADOWING MAY BE REMOVED - A MORE DIFFICULT PARTNER PRACTICE MAY BE USED - A PRESSURE PRACTICE MAY BE USED
